Chateau Moulin de Peyronin Bordeaux Rouge 2020 ORG

A blend of 20% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon & 60% Merlot. Not your average Bordeaux (is there such a thing?) as this unusual wine contains a portion of Malbec, which historically was used a lot more then it is today. The wine is made with native yeast, minimal sulphur and the vines are farmed biodynamically. Expect dark cherries and plums with blackcurrant leaf and a spicy undertone.
