The Listening Station is a celebration of the old, Australian 'listening stations' used to track satellites across the empty, pitch-black sky. A juicy, fruity chardonnay that hasn't seen any oak and leads with grapefruit, orange and white peach. Mouth filling but fresh, this is good with chicken and salads.
