This Vire Clesse from the Maconnais is fresh and bright, with notes of tropical fruit and white peaches, alongwith just the slightest touch of creaminess. The brothers Stephane and Richard took over the domaine in 2015, starting the conversion to organic practises and a philosophy of pure wines made with low intervention methods.
