Chateau Saint-Cyrgues Salamandre Orange 2024 Costieres-de-Nimes Southern Rhone France

From the sun-kissed southern Rhone / Languedoc border, this orange wine is exactly the sort of thing you want to drink on a hot sunny day. Very refreshing, with notes of orange blossom, pine flowers, and bitter leaves all laid over ripe apricots and peaches with a touch of Grapefruit pith. Great on its own on the terrace or enjoyed with a light salad-y type affair.
