This estate of a mere 1.8 hectares is dedicated to a single cuvée of pinot noir.  Under the perfectionist direction of Elisabetta Dalzocchio, the estate has been certified organic, and there is rigorous attention to detail in the vineyard.  Traditional winemaking using open oak vats, partial destemming, indigenous yeasts, pigeage, and ageing in 220 litre oak barrels for 18 months testify to Elisabetta's Burgundian inspiration.
