Hosting is an art form, and it's the thoughtful details that bring an occasion to life. From weddings and banquets to intimate dinners with family and friends, our events team is here to help you create a wine experience that perfectly complements your celebration.
Our process begins with a personal consultation, allowing us to understand the atmosphere and experience you want to create. We then put together a bespoke drinks selection tailored to your event, guests, and preferences.
As well as wine we offer everything you need to get your party going in style. This includes glassware, ice, chiller bins, trestle tables, tablecloths, beers, spirits, pre-mixed cocktails, non-alcoholic and soft drinks.

Discounts
We offer case discounts up to 15% across selected wines depending on the size of your order. Staff can guide you to qualifying wines, there are over a hundred to choose from.
12 + bottles = 5%
24 + bottles = 10%
36 + bottles = 15%
Discounts are quoted for 75cl bottles. Selected wines only.

Sale or Return
Our teams will be happy to talk through the event and advise on the quantity of wine you will need.
Sale or return is available on orders of 48+ bottles. You can return up to 25% within two weeks of your original order as long the wines are in good, saleable condition with undamaged labels, foils or corks.
Glass Loan
We offer free glass loan for customers purchasing their wine with us *. Glasses loaned free of charge must be returned clean and polished (ie no dishwasher marks). Glasses returned unwashed will attract a surcharge of 60p per glass.
A fully refundable deposit is charged and your refund will be processed when glasses are returned.
Free glass loan is offered subject to availability. For large-scale orders please contact us directly for a quote.
Lost or broken glasses will be charged at £2.80 per unit.
* free glass loan is based on a maximum of 6 glasses per bottle purchased. For example, per 6 bottles a max of 36 glasses may be loaned free of charge. Further glasses may be hired at a cost.
Extras
Ice: We can offer 2kg bags of ice at £2.80. Please give us plenty of notice if you are going to need ice!
Chiller bins: We have a limited number of chiller bins for loan. There is a refundable deposit of £6 per item.
Tables: We have a limited number of folding 6' trestle tables for loan. There is a refundable deposit of £50 per item.
Table cloths: We have a limited number of large black table cloths for hire. There is a £12 washing charge per item.
Delivery & Collection
We offer free local delivery on orders over £60. For qualifying postcodes please enquire.
We offer a collection service by arrangement.
