Old vines and an ultra-traditional approach to qvevri fermentation and maturation has here given an astoundingly full, rich rkatsiteli. Expect flapjack, honey, dried apricot, powerful but ripe tannins and great length. A perfect amber wine for mixed dishes, especially involving robust and earthy flavours, and a great introduction to the Khakheti amber wine style.
