De La Borde Foudre a Canon Savagnin Ouille 2020 Jura

A pure example of Jura's legendary white grape Savagnin. As the name implies the wine is aged in large neutral oak barrels for 20 months, it stays on fine lees without oxidation. Wonderfully energetic with notes of bright citrus and green apple, after some time in the glass it will reveal a richer savoury side to indulge the senses.
