Arbeau Diane White 2022 Fronton

A crisp and fresh white blend from Fronton in South-West France, based on the usual suspect of Sauvignon Blanc alongside enigmatic Mauzac, most often encountered in Methode Ancestrale, or Pet Nat, fizz in Gaillac, as well as traditional method sparklers in Limoux. Here the nose is grassy and citrussy, similar to Semillon, and clean as a whistle.
