With over 95% of the Buzet appellation vineyards in the hands of the Les Vignerons co-op, and the added complication of having to satisfy the whims of 160 different grape growers you might be forgiven for thinking a no sulfur added cuvee is a little bit... radical! Fear not, as this has all the joy of unforced, low-intervention winemaking without the faults, just a Bordeaux-style blend tasting of blueberry, black cherry, juicy plum and with a wedge of hearty tannin to remind you that this is the countryside.
