Only made in years with a plentiful apricot harvest in nearby Essex, this is a blend of aged and fresh saison on Bergeron Apricots for approximately six months. Limited and suitably complex with yeast, fruit and earth notes. Tart, refreshing and ideal with aged hard cheeses such as Mimolette.
