Champagne Jacques Selosse Substance NV

Anselme Selosse is a cult wine producer making some of the most sought after and legendary Champagnes grown biodynamically. Substance is a blanc de blancs made using a solera system to blend different vintages. It is unctuous, rich and dense, with a deliciously nutty oxidative note. As stock is very limited, this is strictly allocated to one bottle per customer.
