Led heavily with lots of fresh citrussy notes especially Seville orange and tangerine peel. Cubeb pepper, liquorice, and rhubarb root weave in and out to keep delivering something quite special. A lick of native Raasay botanicals and herbs at the end rounds this out superbly.
