Chateau des Rontets Pouilly Fuisse Pierrefolle 2018/2019 Macon ORG

One of the finest producers in Pouilly Fuisse, Chateau des Rontets is certified organic. The Pierrefolle is situated just outside the walled vineyard of the Chateau, and has an exposure directly facing south, so sunnier, on a bedrock of granite, which is unusual for chardonnay. The flavours are exotic yet the wine still reins in towards a long, taut, firm finale.
