Sainte Beatrice Cuvee des Princes Rose NV

The junior cuvee from our favourite new discovery in Provence, Sainte Beatrice, and named by permission of the Princes of Monaco whose arms emblazoned the label, this delivers all the refreshment with which Provencal rose has become synonymous. This is salmon pink and bone dry with just a hint of cantaloupe melon. Perfect all-day picnic wine and ideal for an aperitif.
