Since 2018 Adria no longer uses wood ageing for the white of Cims, prefering to preserve the mineral intensity of the old vines of garnatcha, supplemented by picapoll and PX. Flax gold, humming with dried grass, honey, nuts, corn. It's a complex shapeshifting white that can take plenty of air and be enjoyed over many days once open.
