From the lieu-dit Ùles FourchesÎ in the south of Cramant, on a terroir of pure chalk overlain by marl and clay, this shows the typical terroir driven style of Vignier. Steely, long, mineral, with a salty edge, 64 months on lees has allowed the wine to develop depth, texture and intensity. A special cuvŽe from one of our favourite growers, that tastes of every lemon-flavoured patisserie you could think of, and more besides.
