It's 100% nebbiolo and vinified in concrete, making it a juicy yet structured expression of the nebbiolo grape with a touch of tomato and tea leaf on the finish, and food-friendly acidity. Daniele could bottle this as Sizzano but as it isn't at the quality level as his actual Sizzano, he doesn't!
