Not your average Cotes-du-Rhone white, the majority of Coralie Goumarre's blend is Clairette which delivers a wine with a smoky, nutty nose faintly similar to white Burgundy and a palate that is fresh, with notes of apple, lime, and sesame seed. A great example of a relatively uncelebrated grape delivering a great wine at a very attractive price. Savoury and mid-weight, this is perfect for roast white meats.
