Quinta de Ventozelo Azul de Ventozo Branco 2024 Douro

Quinta de Ventozelo was farmed by monks in the Middle Ages and now houses a beautiful hotel, wine estate and warehouse, the striking blue door of which adorns the label of this bottle. What's inside is a fresh white wine made from three traditional varieties of the Douro - Vioshino, Malvasia Fina and Cydega. Bright with lemon peel and orange blossom, this is what you want in the ice bucket when the sun is cracking the flags and you are in dire need of refreshment. This can be sipped on its own or paired with anything from grilled fish to the tumbling, rainbow salads of summer.
