One of Italy's best kept secrets, Cerasuolo is a delicious rose DOC for wines made from the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grape. Bone dry but zippy, with flavours of cherry, pomegranate and citrus, this would be great with some seafood - maybe something meaty like lobster or hake - or a big plate of fritto misto.
