Champagne Saint Sauveur Prestige Cuvee Andre Thomas Brut NV France - MAGNUM

From a family who have been growing in the Cote des Blancs sinnce the 19th c., and named after one of their ancestors, Champagne doesn't come more classic than this. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, this has plenty of rich red apple fruit, a hint of toast, and lots of freshness. Our house Champagne, we'll open this on any occasion, but it's especially good with scrambled eggs for a celebratory breakfast.
