Monemvasia Winery Tsimbidi Voltes White 2023 Peloponnese

A gorgeously refreshing, light, floral and peachy number! Made from a blend of the native varieties Moschofilero and Roditis, this pale wine has spent a little bit of time on its lees giving it a light touch of richness. Harvested from the vineyards of Laconia, a rather forgotten part of the Peleponnese found in the most south-easterly corner, it was the Tsimbidi family who decided to re-invigorated some old vineyards and get this once famous wine making region back on the map. A summery wine which will be great with any barbequed fish or octopus.
