Tsarev Brod Riesling Pet Nat 2023

Frothy, frivolous and lots of fun, this is the first ever Pet Nat made in Bulgaria. Riesling gives it zippy acidity and citrussy lemon and lime just rounded off with 12 grams of sugar for a hint of lilting sweetness. Dangerously drinkable, this is perfect picnic wine.
