Doja Prokupac 2020 Serbia

Prokupac is an indigenous Serbian grape with red flesh that produces intensely purple coloured wines, but with charming peppery crispness reminiscent of Cabernet Franc. Spicy and meaty on the nose, the palate is minty and crunchy with filmy tannins. Perfect rustic red for a leg of rabbit or sausage and lentils.
