Champagne Doyard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Cuvee Revolution NV

Based on the 2017 vintage, a proportion of which was aged in oak barrels, this cuvee has enjoyed 6 years ageing on lees to develop deep savour and umami richness. Bright and crisply defined there is a steely edge to the attack which offsets the richness and carries along to the intense saline finish.
