Quinta das Marias Encruzado 2023 Dao

Encruzado is the star white grape of the Dao and gives wonderfully rich wines somewhere in style between Chardonnay and Viognier. THis wine, made without oak, manages the balance brilliantly with spicy richness offset by taut, muscular structure. Like a less aromatic Condrieu, this would be great with spicy food.
