Marsannay may not have the glamour of his wines in Gevrey, but the class of Fabien Geantet's winemaking is clear to see in this exceptionally delicious Burgundy. Gamey, with notes of juniper and rich tannins, this is a traditionally framed, gastronomic wine that would be wonderful with pigeon, venison or wild duck.
