Jerome Gradassi Chateauneuf du Pape 2022

One of the great traditionalist artisans of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gradassi's wines are densely structured, rich and firm. Figgy dried fruit, garrigue herb and savoury, spicy notes of leather, tobacco and licorice come together in a wine that will repay a couple of years in the cellar but which is great with big mediterranean falvours like shoulder of lamb.
