Pauline is the wife of Raphael Bereche and her family have deep roots in Ludes. In 2019 she took over the family estate of just 2 hectares of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (30%), and Petit Meslier (5%), making just one wine, a single vintage expression of this terroir. Fermented slowly in barrel, aged 4 years on lees and with zero dosage, this is simply sizzling with life. Richly flavoured but with electric energy, bright lemon meringue meets layers of umami savour. A special wine that delivers exceptional value at its level.
