From the most Southern part of Portugal, the Algarve, which is more famous for its golf courses and beaches rather than for their wines. But we have discovered this little gem for your Summer sunshine tipple. With only a couple of hours of skin contact, we end up with a very light and pale rose, but don't let this lull you into thinking this is anything like the swimming pool wines of Provence. There are some fresh strawberry, spicy ginger and some juicy blood oranges on the nose. The taste is a little bit peachy with a hint of saltiness. Yum!
