The wines of Mount Horrocks are regarded amongst the finest in the whole of South Australia. Certified biodynamic since 2021, Stephanie Toole, the owner and winemaker, is famous for her meticulous attention to detail and care in the vineyard and winery. This single vineyard Semillion has been barrel fermented and aged on the lees which gives it a plethora of textures which complement the waxy yellow apple, citrus, resin and sage tasting notes.
