L'Etonnant Monsieur Victor is the product of the Peters family's ambition to create the greatest multi-vintage blend possible. They have selected their finest perpectual reserve vats dating from 1988 onwards and blended them with the best wines from their latest harvest before ageing in bottle for six years. The result, made from 100% Chardonnay, combines notes of saffron, sweet spice, toasted nuts, and citrus peel.
