Biondi Outis Bianco 2024 Etna Sicily

From the south side of Etna, which curiously has a cooler, longer growing season, this fresh and taut carricante blend has aromas of gorse flowers and nut skins. The flavour is all about rocky, salty minerals rather than fruitiness, and has a slightly bitter herb character reminiscent of fresh bay leaves. A textured white that would be great with seafood and that offers a thrilling alternative to Chablis.
