Vergelegen Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 Stellenbosch

This is the current release of this wine, which is always given several years bottle age before hitting the market; something we wish was more often the case. Inspired by Bordeaux but with new world bravura and richness, this shows integrated clove, toast and roast meat characters alongside grainy, earthy black fruit, fine grained tannins and peppery spice. A steak tartare in a glass!
