Based on ugni blanc and flavoured with 35 different herbs and spices, this is more delicate and spicy than our fruitier Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, opening up into dried cherries, citrus and green herbs with a delicate quinine bitterness at the finish. It's excellent served with ice and soda, or in a sweet Manhattan.
