A new project from three Sherry lovers selecting and shipping exceptional casks of wines that are characterised by freshness and delicacy. Using Palomino, and aged under flor for 8 months, it has notes of almond, toasted bread, and a touch of saltiness to accompany citrus, bruised green apple, and nectarine.
