Patrick Uccelli was employed by this centuries-old noble estate in the Adige Valley of north-east Italy to revitalise the vineyards, and so he set about implementing biodynamic practices alongside his impeccable winemaking ability. This cuvŽe is composed of Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay that sit along the steep valley slopes in this cool and sunny climate, ripening slowly in this long growing season. The result is an exquisitely balanced wine of crystalline purity, minerality, a touch of white flowers and an oh-so-gentle creaminess. Really incredible stuff!
