Maestroberardino Taurasi Riserva Radici 2017 Campania

From the producer responsible for the restoration of the vines in and around the ruins of Pompeii, Maestoberardino are one of Italy's most historic producers. This Taurasi is characteristically full bodied, using 100% Aglianico, aged 30 months in oak and a minimum of a further 36 in bottle its full of tobacco dried red cherry and still has ample acidity. Drinking beautifully now, or will age gracefully for years to come.
