Antoine Sunier Regnie Montmerond 2019 Beaujolais ORG

Antoine Sunier is one of the young generation of natural winemakers working organically in the Beaujolais hills. This special cuvee from the Regnie cru is made from 55 year old gamay vines grown on quartz, blue volcanic stone and granite. Semi-carbonic fermentation is followed by ageing in old Burgundy barrels. Satin textured, with sweet red fruits counterbalanced by peppery minerality and a gentle grip on the palate. A delight.
