This Amontillado from Macharnudo Alto vineyard in Jerez undergoes 8 years of ageing under flor and then a further 6 years of oxiditive ageing. This process lends itself beautifully to a palate of salted caramel, orange peel and cloves which is supported by a refreshing and balanced acidity.
