Ben Adams - out of nowhere this shy, gentle grape farmer on the south coast of England with no winemaking experience has made two of the most eye opening English wines of recent times. The Colfondo is no ordinary pet nat as it blends 22 and 23 vintages and then ages on lees. Cloudy as hell but sure tastes like Champagne to me.
