Clos du Tue Boeuf Romorantin 2024 Loire France
A gastronomic expression of the Romorantin variety found in the east of the Loire from the Puzelat brothers, who are the proud custodians of an estate dating back to at least the 15th Century where their wines once graced the tables of French royalty. The wine is packed with citrus, melon, floral notes and a powerful aroma of flint; all being held together by a soft texture and linear acidity. This comes alive with cheese-based dishes.
