Cult legend of the natural wine scene Sylvie Augereau farms a tiny 1.5 hectare plot which is co-planted with a plethora of Loire varieties. From this she has handpicked, sorted and created this ethereal expression of the usually workhorse grapes Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau, with a touch of Gamay. The nose is a fragrant perfume of sandalwood, cedar, orange peel and vibrant red fruit. On the palate, it is delicate with zingy acidity. Chill this cuvee right down and enjoy.
