Bachelet Monnot are rising stars in Burgundy making wonderfully pure and beautifully defined white wines and this Bourgogne shows great class. Like a baby Puligny, delicate notes of beeswax and lime blossom are offset by a whisper of white smoke and beurre noisette. It simply cries for grilled dover sole.
