Sourced from Kristian Keber's 1.7-hectare vineyard in Slovenia's Goriþka Brda and crafted at the family winery in Collio, this skin-contact blend of Ribolla Gialla, Tocai Friulano and Malvasia Istriana captures the shared heritage of this borderland. One week on the skins and two years in large neutral casks create a wine of remarkable texture, with ripe apricot, citrus peel, wild herbs and a savoury, finely structured tannic grip. A compelling match for saffron, warm North African spices or cave-aged cheeses.
