Villota Rosado 2023 Rioja Spain

Villota are a small, low-intervention producer working with old vines in the cooler subregion of Rioja Alavesa. Made mostly from Mazuelo, the local word for Carignan, this is a deep, bold, and aromatic rose, with structure from a short time in oak. A unique wine which is a fantastic match for food.
